Our approach is founded on the importance of trust. Our background is cybersecurity, and it shapes how we think about use of AI across the organization.
Trust is central to successful use of AI. Technology deployments need to be safe; and they need to feel safe. Agentic AI in particular opens up a host of new risks, well beyond what normal risk management practices can control; and AI's failure modes around hallucination are so well-known that even the best technology will fail to land well if its business owners don't trust it.
This is a problem we understand well. Our founders come from a background of building consumer cybersecurity products. That's a hard challenge, because consumers are scared of the risks but know they are badly qualified to assess them, there's a lot of snake-oil out there, and they won't use your product without a high degree of trust. All very obvious parallels to the use of AI in the enterprise, and in all our thinking, we reinforce the importance of ensuring that use of AI is not only safe, but visibly trustworthy.
