Veloci Subprocessors

The third parties that process data on our behalf to run Veloci.

Section 6 of the Veloci Terms of Service authorises the subprocessors listed here. We notify account holders by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before adding or replacing one, except where replacement is urgently required for security, in which case we notify promptly afterwards.

  • Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL — infrastructure hosting and AI inference (Amazon Bedrock), EU regions only.
  • Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — server-side error monitoring; receives scrubbed backend error context, never Customer Content.
  • PostHog — in-product analytics and frontend error monitoring, EU region; receives selected usage events and scrubbed frontend error diagnostics, never Customer Content.
