Veloci Subprocessors

The third parties that process data on our behalf to run Veloci.

Section 6 of the Veloci Terms of Service authorises the subprocessors listed here. We notify account holders by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before adding or replacing one, except where replacement is urgently required for security, in which case we notify promptly afterwards.

  • Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL — infrastructure hosting and AI inference (Amazon Bedrock), EU regions only.
  • Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — error monitoring; receives scrubbed error context, never Customer Content.
  • PostHog — in-product analytics, EU region; receives usage events from within the application, never Customer Content.
  • Rybbit — cookieless website analytics, including the pages through which the product is served; receives page-level usage events, never Customer Content.
